Filmed in Vancouver - Activité

In group, create a TV Show or movie tour itinerary for Vancouver.

Step 1 - Choose a movie or a TV show filmed in Vancouver from the following list.

• A Dog's Way Home
  
• Deadpool

• The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
• Percy Jackson

Step 2 - [Individual work] Find out about the plot of the show.

Watch the trailer and write 3/4 sentences to summarize the plot in your own word. You can start with: "The show is about..." Say who is/are the main character(s) and what the show is about.

Then, in group, share your summaries. Choose the best one or combine several of them to present a plot that is easy to understand.

Step 3 - [Group work] Create the tour itinerary.

Visit the corresponding website and choose at least 3 places in or around Vancouver where the show or movie was filmed.

You will have to describe orally each of the locations: say what it is (a park, a building, a street, etc.) and what happens in the movie/show at this place (ex: "This is a house, this is where the main character lives"). You can also invent what happens in those places if you don't know.

Step 4 - Present the movie or TV show to the class and explain the tour itinerary that you created.

You can show some pictures or the different locations on a map during your presentation if needed.
